These Terms govern your use of the HAVOK FITNESS app and website (havokfitness.com). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it in the app. We may cancel and refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues. Promotional codes cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time.

Health disclaimer

Supplements sold by HAVOK are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, scraping the catalog, or interfering with the app's operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAVOK's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
