How to start a return

• Email support@havokfitness.com with your order number (it looks like HVK-12345 and is in your Orders tab).
• We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Conditions

• Supplements: at least half of the contents must remain.
• Apparel & footwear: unworn, with tags, in original packaging.
• Perfumes: unopened, or opened with at least 80% remaining.
• Watches: undamaged, with all links, box and papers.
