This Privacy Policy explains how HAVOK FITNESS(“HAVOK”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our mobile app and website (havokfitness.com).
What we collect
- Account information — name, email address and optional phone number, provided when you create an account.
- Order information — delivery addresses, order contents and order history, used to fulfil your purchases.
- App activity — your cart and wishlist, stored so they are there when you come back.
We use session cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not show third-party ads, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver your orders and send order updates.
- To operate your account, wishlist and saved addresses.
- To provide customer support and handle returns.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider; HAVOK never stores full card numbers on its servers.
Account & data deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly in the app: go to Account → Delete account, or visit the account deletion page. Deleting your account removes your profile, addresses, wishlist, cart and order history from our systems. Records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained in anonymized form only.
Data security & retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes. We keep your data only while your account exists.
Children
Our store is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
